Traffic lights should have a filter lane

The phasing of the lights here makes it very difficult for vehicles coming from East Dulwich Road to turn right onto Peckham Rye.

Very often cars go through as the lights are turning red, and the junction can be dangerous.

A filter light for traffic turning right would help this problem.
