Broken communal bins

There are a number of the council's big communal bins in the Leopold Road/Buckingham Road area of Brighton and most have been the victim of vandalism. This has mainly been in terms of the foot pedals which open the bins. With several elderly residents in the area, it is often difficult for them to hold the lid open and lift their bin bags in. Please could you address this issue. I look forward to it's resolution.
