Throwing bricks at window

Woke up about 20 minutes ago (2:30am Friday 13th August) to a man throwing small stones at our window.

I looked through the window down and there was a never before seen man waving for me to come down. I just stared at him, and he kept signalling me -with his hands- to come down. I just kept staring at him and he then quickly got in his car and sped off.

Keep an eye out. This guy is weird. Slim, white, tallish. Very weird face.
