Lazy council staff

Why is it that the staff in brougham terrace wont use thier car park on west derby road ..they seem hell bent on trying to park in the back doors of brougham terrace ...they are causing total disruption alon marsden street and they know it but they are too lazy and too selfissh to use the car park provided for them on many occasions i have not been able to park my car in my own driveway because of the selfish lazy staff ....will the management take action against these lazy car drivers if i start taking photographs of the offending cars and posting the photos on this site?? if it was me parking where i shouldnt i would expect a fine!! these cars of the lazy council are also causing a danger to our children who play in this area ...are your staff that lazy and selfish enough to prevent children from playing around the area that they live in ....i have complained many times regarding this but it falls on deaf ears ...maybe the people i am complaining to are 1 of these selfis and lazy council workers that they "brush complaints under the carpet" well no more i expect a reply this time if not i will be photographing the offending cars including registration numbers and posting them on this site until something is done ....if not i will send the offenders details to my local government minister demanding them to act swiftly against the lazy selfish workers at brougham terrace .......this time reply please!!!!!!!
