Uprooted traffic sign

Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council less than a minute later

There are a group of Asian children who play on the corner of Perry Street and Industry Street in Darwen who have uprooted a traffic sign from the concrete, which is now lay in a dangerous position across the pavement and road.
