I see this as medium priority.

Over the last 10 years there has been a high number of major accidents on the A38 Tyburn Road towards Pype Hayes where the flyover ramp off the Aston Express way joins the road.

The last two weeks there has been two major accidents with one if them being fatal. Something needs doing to keep the speed down to the 40MPH limit.
