Road Surface

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Paul Harrison at 12:04, Wed 11 August 2010
Sent to East Riding of Yorkshire Council 1 minute later

The road surface at the bottom of Chapelry Garth was dressed with new chippings and tar a coiple of years ago. This surface is not suitable where vehicles turn, particularly in hot weather. Much of the tar is now showing and constantly gets onto shoes if walked on. This then gets on house floors and carpets. Can tar and chippings be replaced with a surface less prone to melting please ?
