Parked Cars are causing problems

Along the end of Leven Road where you can drive down to Leven, on the left hand side ( there are parked cars. This completely blocks this side of the road and cars can't get past. Every house has a drive way and there is a car park across the road. It is a simple case of people are too lazy to park their cars in their drive way. If the council were to paint double yellow lines along both sides of the road, there wouldn't be a problem.
