Rubbish continually being left behind houses

It would appear that the residents of 57 and 59 Markenfield consider the rear of their property as a general dumping ground. This is not a short term fix for a DIY project or a spring clean, this stuff sits here indefinitely. They all have cars (which obstruct the road due to the junk on their drives)

It really does lower the tone, and once you get a bit of rain it starts to blow about

Highlights include old tables, an old shed and general garbage. Can you do anything or do we have to have the area dragged down by a few individuals
