Bloacked drain

For some time the drain in the road outside of 10/11 Park Place has been blocked. Visitors to our offices get out of their cars into a huge puddle and pedestrians have to jump over it to reach the pavement or cross the road. I would appreciate it if the council could address this issue, the puddle is still there today after the heavy rainfall if anyone can get out to take a look! Many thanks, Jess
