4 wheelie bins causing significant obstruction to pedestrians

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 07:49, Wed 11 August 2010
Sent to Lambeth Borough Council 1 minute later

4 wheelie bins have been left out on the pavement at a particularly narrow part where there is also a tree. This means that pushchairs etc are unable to pass. These bins need to be moved as soon as possible. They have been stored here since Monday 09/08 which is rubbish day and not returned to the front of the building on Dulwich Road.

These wheelie bins are also completely obscuring the road sign so that it can't be viewed from Dulwich Road or Shakespeare Road by drivers or pedestrians
