Bad state

I am one of six residents living on this small cul-de-sac(no's 50-60). The cul-de-sac is in a very bad state and needs resufacing. We have noticed that Fecitt Brow is to be closed next month to be resurfaced. While you have the equipment and man power already in the next street, could you not also re-tarmac our small cul-de-sac.
