Eye sore

Someone or acolection of people continue to use the area outside the garages to dump rubbish not only creating an eyesore but also a health hazard. This isn't the first time that I've raised the issue and several attempts have been made to contact the relevant dept at Enfield Council and several messages have been left but no reply.

It has now been cleared (as of a couple of weeks ago). Let's hope that all appreciate the new look and refrain from littering/dumping
