TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

What a poor and let down community DUSSINDALE PARK has become. The problem had to be solved by MYSELF and NOBODY wanted to take responsibility.

The fact that it had to be mended was, on a few occassion, motorcycles had started to use the break in the fence as a drive through and right of way for them, which nearly caused me a few accidents, as my garage is there and revering into my garage and suddenly finding a motorcyclist revveing and speeding through his cut was extremely frightening for me.

It made me also release that, if when driving my car out of my garage, I could in fact, knock a motorcycle of their motor cycle or even injure a pedestrian who had decided to take a short cut through this gap.

I am very disappointed in all councils, who ever they may be that no one would take responsibility.

I'm ashamed to say that I am a british citizen, who pays my taxes and work very hard to do so and at the end of the day, I end up paying for the CRIMINAL DAMAGE caused by thugs and a fence that doesn't belong to me, and to make sure that I don't injure someone and more still that I wasn't injured.

The outcome has been quite disgraceful and I am quite happy to air my view to all the councils.

yours faithfully
