Potholes and raised manhole

Very bad surface road with a manhole in the middle that seems to be higher than the road...due to the road around the manhole crumbling to pieces. Please could you review thanks.

Also, could you put some clear signs: 1) indicating the entry and exit of this car park. As a car almost hit me when he'd decided to come in from the exit of the car park on to corporation street.

2) Clear signs indicating that Love street (Workhouse Ln) is a one way street going up to West Bar as some cars are coming on to this street from West Bar causing problems.
