Rubbish and cigarette butts

There is a large amount of litter and cigarette butts around the train station area, under the arches and outside the pub nearby. It is unsightly and unhygienic. There are recycling bins near the railings outside the station on the London Road side which are often overflowing with rubbish, especially after a weekend.
