Water main burst under the tv-cable track on the corner of Mauldeth Road West and Princess Parkway and gushing down the road.

The council emailed me to say it wasn't their problem and that I should phone the water company. Obviously it was imperative that they email me about how they couldn't possibly do such a thing instead of actually...doing anything constructive at all. God bless em.
