someone has fly tipped a plastic bin and a load of black bins what looks like full of garden refuse.

I know its not the councils fault, but please would you mind collecting it?

sorry, we have no idea who has done this.

It is locted behind the flats on Link Way, Denham Green, off Moorfield road.
