Lorries parking in residential street

Several commercial vehicles (lorries and large vans) are now in the habit of parking in a residential street. The drivers do not live in the adjacent properties, but use this area for overnight storage of their commercial vehicles. Currently a white lorry from a company called Amy's with registration NJ05 HDF is parked here, along with two other unbranded vehicles.
