Dog mess on street & private path way

Sent to Sheffield City Council less than a minute later

The same old lady with a tree legged dog allows it to fowl the public path and the path way up to my house (570) & my neighbours (572). I have spoken to her but if we don't spot her she leaves it. This happens twice a day and she said its not an issue to her. The dog uses the same space everyday to poo.
