This dog poo bin is often overflowing well before it is due to be emptied causing a foul smell for anyone passing by and also leaving responsible dog owners with restricted options to dispose of dog poop as the bin is too full to receive any more deposits. It would make sense that the bin is emptied more often or more poo bins are placed along this popular dog walking route.
