Terrible flytipping!

I walk past here everyday and the levels of flytipping are horrendous. Someone is coming almost every day and throwing lots of junk - clothes, debris, plastics, rubbish! I've seen council staff clearing the rubbish - but there should be cameras installed to catch and prosecute whoever is dumping the rubbish!!
