Inconsiderate parking causing problems

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 11:28, Sat 7 August 2010
Sent to Liverpool City Council 1 minute later

Motorists park on and around this corner to visit shops and the Post Office. They often park so close to the corner as to make it impossible to safely from Aigburth Hall Ave. into Holmefield Road. They park on the kerb, causing damage to the footpath, grassed area, and the kerb itself. They often park blocking the footpath on Aigburth Hall Avenue.

Liverpool Council (typically) have washed their hands of this matter, suggesting that it is 'reported to the police!'

WHY do we pay council tax?

The answer from the Council is 'report it to the police, it's not our problem!'. Maybe local councillors could add their comments?

The Council has been of no help whatsoever. Local Councillors please note.
