Road Drainage problems

The garage next to the fire station are using a great jet car wash. However, through no fault of the garage, the water draining off their forecourt runs off down the road and when it is cold overnight it freezes and causes large patches of slippery ice on the carriageway, right the way down past the fire station.

No response to the problem, and water collects in huge puddles on the carriageway outside the car wash daily when a lot of vehicles are using the car wash.
