Vans being parked

Sent to Birmingham City Council 2 minutes later
The premises known as "the bungalow", a former Older persons home on Butlers Road, B20, have been taken over by persons as yet unknown who appear to be using residential premises as an operating base for 5 vans, including one 7.5 tonne vehicle which has been parked on the grass verge opposite the premises for weeks. There is also a 3.5 tonne Luton van parked opposite this, close to the zig zag lines outside the school. They also started to clear the trees from the waste ground to the right of the property, no doubt to use as free parking or to fit a gate in the garden wall to access the rear of the property with their vans. A couple of the vans are marked as removals and storage and the premises have a number of empty chalets / storage rooms in the rear garden. The council have already had to fit a fence to the waste ground and put up a notice about cutting down trees. This is supposed to be a residential area, and as far as I know most of the properties around here have a clause in the deeds stating that premises must not be used for business purposes. When my parents had a caravan they couldnt even park it on the front drive!! I am sure that permission for an old folks home does not include using the premises as an operating centre for at least 5 vehicles and storage yard. The 7.5 tonne vehicle has no operators licence displayed. During school time I have been stuck in a queue of traffic down Wood Lane as people cannot turn into / out of Butlers Rd as they cant get around the 2 permanently parked vehicles. I have been on the council twice via email and asked that the email be forwarded to the appropriate department should I have sent it to the wrong one , but I haven't even had a reply to say they have received it so have no idea how this is progressing, if at all.

Updates
The council came out and decided the premises werent being used as business premises, despite the 5 signwritten vans. They did however admit that the vans were illegally parked and that this was a matter for the police. I will add that I contaqcted the council before about this, but only got a reply once I'd gone through fixmystreet.
