Worn out road surface, exposed traffic control cables

Reporting this a second time as nothing seems to have been done about it: Eastbound on Broughton Lane.The last 20 yards of the road leading up to the lights at Bury New Rd is in a shocking state. Also No right turn signs are ineffective. Signposting needs renewing

Some patches repaired, but really needs a complete re-surface. Signposts/roadmarkings not changed!
