Dog Fouling

There is often dog mess on the pavement in this street, this week there was a large amount at the end of the path to my house. It is disgusting that neighbours are clearly allowing there animals to do this. There are many young children in the street, mine being one and stops them being free to walk the pavement. Something needs to be done to stop this.
