Several cars parked on grass verge continously!

Reported in the Car parking category by A Neighbour at 14:52, Wed 4 August 2010
Sent to Sandwell Borough Council 3 minutes later

Although the owners of these cars all have garages and driveways, they think it's better to park their cars on the grass verges - evening, night and day. I suppose it's because it's too inconvenient to have to move one car off the driveway to get the one out of the garage - so they would prefer to dig up the grass instead. One of the cars is now a BMW 4x4. This is happening on both sides of the road (grass verge either side). please can we sort these lazy peopkle out! Either they need to move their cars or pay extra for damages/car park spaces!

havent received any further response from the council. Furthermore, someone has now parked their trailer tent on the grass alongside their MPV.
