I received an email from the Richmond Council to say that someone would be coming round to inspect the work involved but the situation is exactly the same.

Still waiting for the council after sending more emails.

Richmond Council state that nothing can be done with the tree as it appears to be healthy. The roots are still protrubing through the pavement and narrowing the width of movement.

The council have stated that they will not be doing anything to this tree as it is not deseased.
