Manhole cover

There are a number of manholes in main street located at the entrance to tweedy street. one of the manhole covers has no utility name on it and needs replacing. Everytime a vehicle drives over this cover it goes bang bang which is very annoying especially in the night and is getting worse. Thanks

I got a reply straight away from a council contact stating that this would be looked into within 7 days. I knew that the complaint would need to be passed onto the relevant company whose manhole it was but there has nothing been done since. The problem is still happening when vehicles drive over - all it needs is a new manhole cover.
