Children playing in the street.

I am fed up having to watch out of my window to check on my sons car, it has been damaged twice by children playing football in the street. I have tried talking to them but just get abuse and the parents are no better.

Letters were poster by the council regarding football in the street, yet the community police never seem to be around or speak to them.

One day a child will be killed as cars enter the road and have to brake hard to avoid hitting them, sometimes they won’t even move and just look at you and shout abuse.

I have lived in the street for over forty years, housing association occupants moves in and think they own the road.

I have spoken to my Neighbours and they are too scared to get involved.

My car has also been damaged by the same children playing football in the street. I have also tried talking to them but just got abuse from them.
