Overgrown bushes

On the pathway at the side of Earlsheaton school leading to Moor park lane there are some bushes that are overgrown and cover most of the path. People struggle to walk up and down the path and it is particular to the dog walkers in the area. The owners of the property where the bushes come from are elderly and are unable to cut the trees down themselves.Local councillor has been informed of the matter but nothing has been done as of yet.
