NO Tables and chairs (amenities) licence

Cafe Towfiq 2 Gleneagle Rd Sw16 NO Tables and chairs (amenities) licence. Seating and users of the cafe block the pedestrian high way on a daily basis. There is no clear pedestrian route or disabled access when the seating and users block the foot path. Lambeth Street Trading Office  - Lambeth Street Care need to investigate and enforce this issue.
