Rubbish scatter up enbankment

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 14:41, Mon 2 August 2010
Sent to Lancaster City Council 3 minutes later

Rubbish is scattered down the embankment between the houses on Bulk Road and Caton Road. For example, traffic cones, recycling boxes, litter, building materials can all be seen by passing traffic and local residents. Abandoned temporary builders fencing also needs replacing with a more permanent and safer solution to protecting the public from the drop on to Caton road.
