A 'white' directional road traffic sign (large oblong,depicting City Centre, Byker etc), situated (just before Railway Bridge,near corner),near junction of Guildford Place and Heaton Road. Heavily Grafittied with 'large logos' and 'general scrawl' (also offensive 'Comic Policeman' unlawfully attached thereon to sign).

I will chase this issue up. I have contacted the relevant staff member to deal with it.
