Overhanging Tree

The tree is located on Carrington Ave, on the corner of Carrington and Park Ave. The tree has overgrown branches which are touching the roof and guttering on the side of property 19 Park Ave. This has been reported in the last two years but still has not been rectified, please provide prompt attention to this matter.

Still nothing from Hounslow Council, problem getting worse as branches are now resting on my roof! and starting to disslodge tiles.

Still nothing done as yet, have even called Hounslow council who said they would get this addressed but nothing. Seems like nobody at the council wants to deal with this or help!, no reply to any emails sent to councilors either.
