Fly tipping

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 3 minutes later

Tenants of flat 30 Shawcross House, throwing (alot) cigarette ends out of their window onto the street and cars parked, which is damaging the paintwork. Cannot leave my window open due to the strong smell of the still smouldering cigarettes outside.

The problem has still not been fixed, even thought I have reported it to the managing agents of the property
