Rubbish build up in side alley of 32 shrubbery road

In recent weeks there has been a build up of rubbish in the side alley of 32 shrubbery road.

This seems to be increasing and we are concerned that it will attract animals and has already attracted a large number of flies.

Could this please be reviewed by council staff as we are concerned that this is becoming a health hazard.
