Lack of rubbish bins

This pathway between Allwood Ave and St Withburga Lane is used frequently by people heading from the town centre to the Scarning estate. Not only is there graffiti on bins/fences etc, which have been reported but there are a lack of bins throughout the pathway. Weekend evenings see the worst of litter/alcohol botttles/food packaging which is not only unsightly but a safety concern for parents taking their children to the nearby school the following mornings. We would appreciate any help with this issue. Thankyou
