Overhanging branches

Branches of a willow tree which have to be ducked under in order to pass.I am disabled and walk with 2 sticks, so need a clear path to walk. I am finding the danger of overbalancing whilst trying to pass under these branches becoming a very real threat !

The tree in question is in private ownership. The site will be inspected and, if appropriate, the owner will be informed of the problem. I will forwarded your e-mail to the Highways Services staff for attention.
