Danger to life limb &public purse

Many brambles with some at eye level along full length of Hallets Shute footpath. Some not privately owned.Could these be removed altogether as this a recurring problem/expense?

much work done but could do better and save expense in the long term one stretch remains narrow

short term fix only---this problem will with us again, as will the cost of the work
