Dog Fouling

Irresponsible dog owners walking their dogs on the play park (which is for Children to play on) and letting the dogs pooh wherever they want and the owners not clearing it up. DISGUSTING Apparently Flintshire County Council are the only council in Wales that DO NOT have a dog fouling warden in appointment!! MAD. They put up signs on lamp posts etc saying there is a £50 fine for dog fouling but there is no way for them to enforce this!! What are we paying council tax for? if we are not getting the service we deserve.
