Poor lit area

Earls Court is poorly lit, between house number 28 to house 34,front and back, pathway is difficult to walk down when dark as visibility is v.poor, there is a light at 31 Earls Court, that lights up then turns off again straight away, area is in complete darkness, additional lights would be a great safety improvement.
