Undulating, broken and dangerous pavement

The area of pavement between Sheepcote St and Broad St from the pedestrian crossing to 78 Broad Street entrance is in a dangerous and tired condition. The grey mono bricks are undulating with trip hazards and broken bricks, the adj flags are in the same condition. There is evidence of poor quality repairs to footway with temporary tarmac inserts that need addressing. The mono adobe bricks at the rear of the pavement are out of line and falling away.
