Anti social behaviour

There are two properties in Tierney Road numbers 52 and 95 which are owned by the social landlord company Presentation Housing. Both these properties are unkempt, and attract undesirables into the area who congregate in the road behaving in an anti social and intimidating way. Can anything be done to encourage Presentation Housing to look after the properties and manage their tenants appropriately?
