Barriers obstruct proper use of cycle path

From Headford Street, Broom Walk is signposted as a cycle route to Devonshire Green and Fargate, but the barriers make it difficult to cycle through with a normal bike, and impossible with a trailer, large panniers, etc. Please replace them with more suitable bollards.
