Loose Thames Water Cover

A loose Thames Water manhole cover at the junction of The Parkway (A312) and Silver Jubilee Way has been reported many times to TFL and Hounslow Council but nothing has been done. The road sufrface on one side of the cover has now collapsed and there is a deep hole to one side which is likely to cause a serious accident very soon.
