Surface water on road

Drain outside 29/31 coronation road - problem ongoing over last ten years- rainwater cannot drain away as grate is full of silt - previously reported to council by phone to be told the grates are cleared on a rota basis - obviously this drain is blocked elsewhere and constantly backs up making it impossible to get in or out of parked vehicles without treading in a large pool of water/mud

Drain pumped out but only really removed the backlog of silt - drain still held water which suggest the drain is blocked further along otherwise the water would have drained away freely
