Street not getting cleaned often enough

Since a new block of flats has been recently built between Dugard Way and Renfrew Road, the street has unacceptable levels of rubbish being dumped in it. After a call to Lambeth council I learned that the street (small road between Dugard Way and Renfrew Road) is supposed to be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is NOT being done, and is unacceptable. I'm constantly observing "people" blatantly dropping bags of rubbish, empty chicken boxes etc in the street and these are not getting removed. Perhaps a public rubbish bin needs to be installed on this street, along with the proper street cleaning which needs to be improved.
