Traffic Calming

I would like to suggest putting traffic calming measures within the entire area surrounding the roundabout - namely along Heathfield Terrace, Wellesley Road, & Grosvnor Road. Most cars drive above the speed limit with quite a few easily reaching speeds of 50 mph most likely to quickly join the A4. Given that parked cars often create a "single track road" effect, I find it very dangerous walking or riding my bicycle in the area. Also, as drivers are going at such I speed they often do not "give way" when they should. Any consideration for this would be greatly appreciated.
